Why custom order?

If you have looked through the site and have not found that perfectly glorious MyLovelyBeads.com design for an upcoming event, or to go with your favorite outfit, place a custom order to discuss your needs with us. We love to design for specific individuals, incorporating their energy and personality into the piece. Many of the spectacular pieces you can see on the site are the result of a custom order that undoubtedly inspired a higher level of creativity.

How to place custom order

There are just a few steps to place a custom order:

• You can choose any of our fine objects as a prototype by clicking the "C" custom order link below the item picture. Your choice will be saved and you will be redirected to the custom ordering page.
• "For Custom Order" menu item on the left side will return you a list of all our fine objects that's already sold, but they and their design can be used for your custom order.
• Fill in the form and submit. Tell us any changes you would like us to make, such as item size, beads size and type, color palette, clasp, stones and other materials.
• We will assign a number to your order, and send you a confirmation email with the order number and estimate price. The items' prices you can see in this section are not final, they may vary depending on current expenses. All order details may be discussed. Email is the best way to contact us.
• Please allow us up to 10 days to create your order. We let you know when the item is completed, and will send you an email with detailed pictures. After your approval, we will send you an invoice. Please make a custom order payment by check. Your item will be shipped as soon as your payment clears.
• In addition, we accept custom orders from your own pattern and design, even from your stones and materials. In this case you do not need to select a prototype. Simply enter "my own" in the subject form field, and give us a brief description of your desired item. We will contact you to discuss all possibilities.

Custom order policy

All custom orders require special efforts for creativity, particular design, as well as labor and parts. Please be certain that your item fully meets your expectations, as custom items are non-returnable (except for repair - according our Return Policy) and non-refundable!
