RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REPAIR POLICY

 
Dear friend! We stand behind all of the fine objects we sell. If you are unhappy with merchandise, dissatisfied, item(s) is broken, or our beadwork did not meet your expectations for any reason, we will be glad to resolve this problem.

Returns

To return any item(s) to us, please FIRST contact us (fill in the form below). When you make any return, we will also appreciate hearing your reasons for the return, so we can better improve our work for the future.

If a return is a result of an error on our part (for instance, the incorrect item(s) was shipped), please notify us within 1 day upon receiving your order. We will check your order and on the next day after receiving your package will send you the right item(s) and reimburse you for the amount of the return shipping and insurance cost.

If you received the fine object(s) defective, damaged, cracked, or unusable in any way, please notify us within 1 day upon receiving your order. In this case we can refund the cost of the item(s) (if only one item was in your order or you return the order in full - including shipping charge), or accept it for repair. We will also reimburse you for the amount of the return shipping and insurance cost.

You can return your order or partial order within 14 days upon receiving and we will refund the full cost of the item(s), minus the shipping charge. If your return was sent within 30 days upon receiving, but after 14 days, you will receive a store credit for the amount, and there will be 20% restocking fee applied.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise requested. If it needs to be done, we will reimburse you by check. Allow 2 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return. If a credit card refund is issued, allow an additional 2-4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account and 1-2 billing cycles for the transaction to reflect on your billing statement since each bank's processing time varies.

Exchanges

All fine objects we sell are handicrafted and unique. That is the reason we don't accept sold items for exchange. But there is a way for you, if you want, to exchange your fine object(s): you return the item(s) and then place another order for the item(s) you like.

Repairs

If your fine object(s) gets broken within 90 days we accept it for repair. We will email you a receipt confirming the return as soon as we received it. Give us please up to 5 days for repair work. We will email you when repair is done, and when the item(s) is shipped.

Important

  • Failure to report any damaged item(s) in time or failure to send it on the time as mentioned above, violates our terms and conditions as laid out in our return, exchange and repair policy. This will mean we are not obligated to offer any compensation and cannot be held accountable.
  • Please package return item(s) with care, please make your return in its original packaging. We cannot issue a refund for any item(s) that is damaged during transit.
  • All sale items are non-returnable and final sale (unless defective, damaged, cracked, or unusable in any way).
  • We highly recommend that customers insure their return. If we do not receive it, we cannot credit your account.
